The European Policy Centre Connecting Europe project and Advocate Europe are pleased to invite you to this conference, which will showcase the wining civil society initiatives supported by Advocate Europe that are having a positive impact in their communities across Europe by providing  concrete responses to societal challenges.
 
From including migrants in the policy-making process at municipal level, to creating spaces for encounters between different social groups in structurally weak areas, these good practice projects are proof that democratic values can be upheld through concrete action on the ground, effectively building social cohesion and connecting civil society across Europe.
