On Monday 9 February 2015, the prime ministers of Kosovo and Serbia met with Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, for the first time since the formation of new governments in both Belgrade and Pristina. The meeting in Brussels, the first between the two governments since March 2014, was aimed at reviving the talks that seek to normalise relations between Kosovo and Serbia. Bekim Çollaku, Kosovo’s Minister for European Integration, shared his views on the meeting and offered his take on the state of play of the dialogue and the road ahead. Given his unique position within Kosovo’s integration process, he was able to give a clear overview of the main challenges for Kosovo, and the kind of support that Kosovo would need from the EU.
