This Policy Dialogue examined the latest developments in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, which seems to be going from bad to worse. Speakers addressed why more positive progress has not been made and what could be done differently, moving forward. It also examined the impact of external factors on the conflict, including the Russia’s war with Ukraine and the wider role played by the international community in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
