The Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius on 28 and 29 November will be a milestone in the EU’s journey towards deepening its partnership with its Eastern partners and for its Neighbourhood Policy, heard participants in this Eastern Promises Policy Dialogue, organised in cooperation with the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Speakers included: Andrius Krivas, Deputy Foreign Minister of Lithuania; Richard Tibbels, Head of the Eastern Partnership, Regional Cooperation and the OSCE Division, European External Action Service (EEAS); Laurynas Kasčiūnas, Head of Policy Analysis and Research Division, Eastern Europe Studies Centre (EESC), Lithuania; Balazs Jarabik, Project Director, Pact; and Giselle Bosse, Assistant Professor, Maastricht University.
