The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia is strongly committed to its European integration process and determined to find a solution to its bilateral disputes with neighbours. Fatmir Besimi, Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs, stressed the importance of the European integration process in the stabilisation of the country's inter-ethnic divide and stated that the Balkans will have a sustainable peace only once all the countries will be members of the EU and NATO.
