This Policy Dialogue, organised in cooperation with Chatham House, centred on the hot topic of Russia and specifically the new Chatham House report titled ‘The Russian challenge’, which emerged from the annexation of Crimea and the on-going military conflict in the east of Ukraine. This session concentrated on the economic and political challenges facing Russia, changes in Russia’s relationships with the West as well as the internal issues faced by the country in terms of domestic political and economic development.
