The Warsaw climate change conference - Time to move into high gear

The main objective of the United Nations Climate Change Conference, taking place in Warsaw from 11-22 November, is to set a clear timetable in view of reaching a global deal by 2015. Poland will work to ensure that major emitters such as China, Brazil and Russia make a positive contribution and are on board by 2015, heard participants in this Policy Dialogue with: Beata Jaczewska, Deputy Minister of the Environment, Poland; Jean-Pascal van Ypersele, Vice-Chair, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and Professor of Climatology and Environmental Sciences, Université catholique de Louvain; Wendel Trio, Director, Climate Action Network Europe; and Alexandre Affre, Director, Industrial Affairs, BUSINESSEUROPE.
