The 19th United Nations Conference on Climate Change, which took place in Warsaw from 11-22 November, can be seen as one step forward in building trust and transparency among the 198 participating countries, with the aim of a global agreement in Paris by the end of 2015 and ratified by 2020, heard participants in this Policy Briefing with Marcin Karolec, the Polish Government’s Plenipotentiary for Climate Policy and President of the COP, organised with the kind support of the Ministry of the Environment of Poland.
