Arnaldo-Javier Mina Mendoza
Programme Assistant
Arnaldo-Javier Mina Mendoza is a Programme Assistant for the Social Europe and Well-being programme at the European Policy Centre (EPC), where he contributes to policy research, event organisation, and stakeholder engagement on key social policy issues. With a background in political communication, policy analysis, and international relations, he previously served as Director of Marketing and Communication at J.C. Asesoría Legal de Empresas and as a Legal Advisor at the NGO Juntos Por la Vida, focusing on advocacy related to social justice and both international and national law.

He is currently pursuing a PhD in Political Marketing at the University of Santiago de Compostela, and holds two master’s degrees: one in Political Marketing and Institutional Communication from the Catholic University of Valencia, and another in Human Rights, Democracy, and International Justice from the University of Valencia. His work centers on policy research, political strategy, and human rights advocacy, with a focus on EU–LATAM relations, and he has published in the areas of political communication and migration policy.

Throughout his career, Arnaldo has been involved in a range of policy-driven initiatives aligned with the EPC’s mission, including political campaigns, public policy analysis, and migration-related projects. He has also contributed research on political communication strategies and human rights to various academic platforms.
