The European Policy Centre and Euro-Atlantic Resilience Centre are pleased to invite you to the hybrid Policy Dialogue that is part of the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Forum.

This hybrid Policy Dialogue takes place simultaneously in Brussels and Bucharest, and brings together leading experts in resilience measurement alongside policymakers who rely on resilience indexes, measurements and indicators to make informed decisions. Their goal is to adopt appropriate policies that enhance societal resilience. The panellists aim to assess progress towards measuring resilience, challenges that lay ahead, and the most effective means to use resilience indexes in designing public policies. They will address weaknesses in resilience's key components: prerequisites of resilience, preparedness, shock resistance, post-crisis adaptation and recovery, and risk exposure.

Conclusions from this debate will be used to improve current efforts to increase the efficiency of measuring instruments and communication towards implementing authorities.

Participation is open to EPC members only, the media, and EU officials.
