This project aims at analysing national Recovery and Resilience Plans (RRPs) and the extent to which they effectively contribute to the green and digital transition while assuring social, economic, and territorial cohesion. Going beyond the analysis of the texts, the project will dig deeper and explore the national political contexts in which the RRPs are discussed and created.
The project will compare the different national RRPs and present an overarching assessment at the EU level to highlight differences, analyse the overall coherence of the plans, and identify potential conflicts. In Spring 2021, a discussion paper presenting the assessment will be published.
