The EPC continues to strengthen its work on Ukraine, prioritising its research and activities on the effects of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
The Ukraine Standby Team is a new EPC initiative, that aims to support Ukraine in addressing strategic and key needs. Its objectives are to help high-level actors increase their outreach for greater external engagement and promotion of key initiatives, along with providing expertise, advice, foresight, and additional resources to increase efficiency for ongoing and future activities, as well as enhance strategic international outreach and presence, including in crucial areas such as the global south. This includes cooperation with think-tank partners in priority countries/regions supporting Track I engagement with selective Track II initiatives. All support activities, as far as possible, engage all relevant stakeholders in government, local authorities, and civil society.
