The Task Force meeting discussed the section 4 “achieving a well-functioning marketplace for copyright” of the Communication on Copyright, published by the European Commission last December. More specifically, the discussion focused on the consequences that the introduction of an EU ancillary copyright law would have on the publishing and digital industries.
